compensation: $15/hr plus Health Benefits

Looking for an experienced "all in one" maintenance person for a large facility. This is a Full-time position with the flexibility of nights and weekends coverage.



Requirements:





  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience


  • Work well in a team, as well as independently


  • Must be proactive and self-motivated


  • MUST be able to move/lift heavy objects, climb vertical ladders, work at heights and be proficient in the use of common hand and power tools


  • General knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, basic electricity, painting, and plumbing


  • MUST be able to work nights and weekends




The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to learn, with excellent problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:





  • Help maintain buildings and grounds by performing a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services as assigned


  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance


  • Setup & tear down for events


  • Perform opening and closing facilities tasks


  • Ability to prioritize and handle a busy work environment


  • Follow instructions and work well with others


  • MUST have reliable transportation to and from the property


  • MUST have a valid driver’s license required


  • MUST be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
