Lead Pastor

New Heart Community Church is seeking a highly relational individual to take the lead of our dynamic team.  This Church was planted twenty-seven ago on the desire to do ministry with purpose and innovation, while not being bound by traditional church culture.  We are looking for the Pastor who will move us forward as we strengthen the church and reach out to our friends and neighbors.  New Heart is located near a state university and community college in a pleasant community on the beautiful coast of Northern California.

This position requires a lot of the usual Pastor stuff including, but not limited to being an all-around nice person.  Yes, the title is “Lead Pastor”, but we expect that the execution of the position will be determined largely by who God has made you to be.  For more about us, check out our website:  www.newheart.com
